AI Guy On The Fly ("we," "us," "our") provides scheduling, communication, and business-automation tools to small businesses, including a booking service ("AI Booking") built on Cal.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Information We Collect

How We Use Google Calendar Data

When you connect your Google Calendar, our application requests access to read and write calendar events. This access is used exclusively to:

We do not read the content of unrelated events beyond what's needed to determine free/busy time, and we do not use your calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell or share your calendar data with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Calendar access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are only used to communicate with the Google Calendar API on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your booking page settings, or directly from your Google Account permissions page.

Data Retention

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Google Calendar or close your account, associated calendar access tokens are deleted and no further access is made to your calendar.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the booking service itself (e.g., the underlying scheduling engine), and never for advertising purposes.
