These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Guy On The Fly's tools, including the AI Booking scheduling service ("Service"), operated by AI Guy On The Fly ("we," "us," "our"). By creating a booking page or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
AI Guy On The Fly provides small businesses with a simplified way to set up an online booking page: entering an email, connecting a calendar (such as Google Calendar), and setting available hours. Bookings made by your customers are scheduled directly onto your connected calendar.
Your Account & Calendar Connection
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the availability and business information you provide.
- If you connect a third-party calendar (e.g. Google Calendar), you authorize us to read free/busy information and to create, update, or cancel events corresponding to bookings made through your page, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You may disconnect your calendar or close your account at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass others, or engage in unlawful activity, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Guy On The Fly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed or double-booked appointments.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
